Refund Policy for Artworks and Products

Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I want you to be delighted with the artwork or product you purchase!  If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase (excluding commissioned pieces), please take a moment to review the following refund conditions:

 

  • Eligibility for Refund: I’m happy to offer refunds on artworks and products purchased through Punfrun Shop (not commissioned pieces) if they are returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition. Unfortunately, artworks or products that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be refunded. 

 

  • Time Frame: If you wish to request a refund, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your product. After this time frame, I’m unable to process any refunds due to italian refund policy.

 

  • Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, I’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take a little time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. 

 

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.  I recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item returns safely.  If the return shipping cost is particularly high (over 15 euros), I can offer you a gift card equivalent to the amount spent as an apology!  (Just provide the receipt proof of the shipping costs). Please note, I’m not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. 

 

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please remember that shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, even if you decide to return your purchase. 

 

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, I am unable to offer a refund. Instead, I will be happy to resend the order to you at no additional cost. Please contact me within  3 days of receiving your damaged item, and I’ll take care of it promptly.

Refunds on Commissioned Artwork

Due to the custom and personalized nature of commissioned artworks, I do not offer refunds once the work has begun.  When you commission a piece, you are requesting a unique artwork tailored specifically to your needs, and that process involves time and effort.


How to Ensure Your Commission is Just Right

To help me create exactly what you’re envisioning, I kindly ask that you provide as many details as possible when placing your order. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Clear Description: Please be as detailed as possible about what you’d like. Think about things like style, color palette, theme, and any specific elements you’d like included in your piece.
  • Reference Materials: If you have any reference images (such as photos, artwork, or designs), please send them over! They’ll help me better understand your vision. 
  • Preferred Size and Format: Let me know the preferred size and any specific format or medium you’d like (digital, physical, etc.).
  • Revisions: I’m happy to make adjustments to your commission during the initial concept stage (after the first draft or sketch), but please understand that major changes after final approval will incur additional costs or may not be feasible.

 


What Happens if You’re Not Happy with the Final Artwork?

If there’s an issue with your commissioned artwork, I will do my best to work with you to ensure you’re satisfied. However, because each piece is unique, please note the following:

  • Initial Revisions: Once I send you the first draft or sketch, you’ll have the opportunity to request changes or adjustments. I’ll be happy to make necessary tweaks to make sure it matches your vision.
  • Final Approval: After the final artwork is completed and approved, no refunds will be issued. I encourage you to review the work thoroughly before giving your final approval.
  • Unforeseen Issues: If I encounter any problems completing your artwork (such as unexpected technical issues or personal emergencies), I will promptly notify you and do my best to resolve the issue. In the rare case that I am unable to complete your commission, I will offer a full refund, as I value your trust and investment.

Timeline and Expectations

Creating a personalized piece of art takes time and effort, so please be patient while I work on your commission. Typically, commissions take around 7-30 days of work, but this can vary depending on the complexity and my current workload. Once your commission is completed, I’ll notify you and send you a preview before shipping or delivering the final piece.

  • Be Specific: The more details you provide upfront, the more likely the final piece will align with your vision.
  • Keep Communication Open: I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission and will reach out to clarify any details if needed. Clear and open communication is key!

What Happens if My Order is Slightly Damaged?

I’m really sorry if your order arrived with any slight damage! Sometimes, despite the best efforts to package everything carefully, a little wear and tear can happen during transit. 

If the damage is minor, I’ll assess the situation and offer you options to make things right. Depending on the extent of the damage, I may offer:

  • A partial refund to compensate for the damage.
  • A discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
  • A replacement item if applicable, or I can work with you to find the best solution.
  • A total refund (check refund policy).

Please take a photo of the damage and reach out to me as soon as possible, so I can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. I want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! 💖
